Personal Injury AttorneyOur client, a plaintiff-side personal injury attorney responsible for handling cases from intake through resolution, including pre-litigation and litigation. This role involves managing a caseload of injury matters, negotiating with insurance carriers, and advocating for clients in arbitration or trial. Ideal for attorneys who thrive in a small firm environment with high ownership and direct client interaction.Qualifications- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school- Active license to practice law in Washington State (required)- Strong understanding of plaintiff personal injury law- Ability to manage cases independently from start to finish- Experience handling negotiations with insurance companiesExperience- 2+ years of personal injury experience (plaintiff-side preferred)- Pre-litigation case handling- Filing lawsuits and litigation process- Depositions, motions, and discovery- Prior experience handling motor vehicle accident cases strongly preferred- Trial or arbitration experience is a plusSkills- Strong negotiation and settlement skills- Litigation and case strategy development- Client communication and relationship management- Legal research and drafting (motions, pleadings, demand letters)- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume PI environment- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsBenefits- Competitive base salary- Performance-based earning potential (bonus/commission likely)- Opportunity for high case ownership and growth- Small firm environment with direct mentorship- Exposure to high-value PI cases
