Business Development / Sales & Marketing Internship

Location: Remote and some in office work in Bellingham
Part-Time Paid Internship | Starting at $20/hour
Minimum 10 hours/week with opportunity for increased hours and growth based on performance.

We are seeking a motivated, driven, and entrepreneurial college intern to support the Northwest Sales Leader in expanding business opportunities and helping drive a 25% increase in sales by the end of the year.

This is an ideal opportunity for a student interested in business, sales, marketing, operations, or entrepreneurship who wants real-world experience inside a growing manufacturing and packaging company.

What You’ll Do

· Support sales outreach and lead generation efforts

· Assist with customer follow-ups and relationship management

· Research new business opportunities and target accounts

· Help organize sales pipelines, CRM updates, and reporting

· Create and assist with marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns

· Support administrative and operational tasks for the sales team

· Identify opportunities to improve workflows and increase efficiency

· Participate in strategy discussions and contribute new ideas

· Help coordinate meetings, proposals, and customer communications

· Organized and detail-oriented

· Must have good handwriting as we send out hand written cards to prospects

· Comfortable handling administrative tasks while also thinking strategically

· Curious and eager to learn quickly

· Confident communicating professionally with customers and internal teams

· Interested in sales, marketing, business development, or operations

· Able to work independently and manage priorities

· Excited to bring fresh ideas and improve processes

Requirements

· Current college student or recent graduate preferred

· Must have access to a personal laptop and reliable internet connection

· Ability to complete some work remotely/from home

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools

· Experience with Canva, LinkedIn, CRM tools, or marketing platforms is a plus

Compensation & Growth Opportunity
