Position: Registered Nurse Location: 5W Teaching & Innovation Unit About the Critical Care (Teaching & Innovation Unit) at Boston Medical Center: BMCs Teaching Innovation Unit explores nursing model redesign aimed at directing Registered Nurses (RNs) to work to the top of their license. RN’s who are selected for this unit should be prepared to work on innovation teams that pilot, measure and evaluate the effectiveness of new technologies and workflows. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer.
