Our growing Foster Family Agency (FFA) in Stockton, CA, is seeking dedicated professionals to support foster youth and resource families. We are hiring for two critical roles designed to ensure compliance with California Community Care Licensing (CCL) Title 22 regulations and provide top tier trauma informed advocacy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct required face-to-face safety contacts, monitoring and suportive vitists with youth and resource parents.
- Develop, execute and submit timely Individualized Needs and Service Plans aligned with county guidelines.
- Perform Resource Family Approveal (RFA) home studies, psychosocial assesments and annual updates.
- Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
- Participate in a rotating 24/7 emergency on-call schedule, responding to crisis with mandated timeframes.
- Maintain accurate client documentation
Qualifications:
- Must have Master of Social Work (MSW) or related behavioral science Master's degree from a accredited college univeristy.
- Previous experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
