Your Impact and Opportunities In this role, you will drive business growth and champion customer success.

• Accelerate sales by receiving inbound calls, understanding prospect needs, and recommending tailored dental insurance products.

• Guide customers seamlessly through the application and payment options to successfully secure the sale.

• Resolve complex inquiries for existing members regarding eligibility, benefits, and claims.

• Analyze data to adjust claims accurately and meticulously document customer interactions to maintain system integrity.

• Proactively engage with prospects through electronic and written inquiries to expand our reach.

• Optimize operations by performing detailed eligibility verifications for specific programs.

Essential Qualifications

• Active Insurance sales license required (e.g., Life, Accident, Sickness).

• 4 years of successful customer service sales experience within a call center.

• Ability to pass basic computer, telephone skills, and math assessments.

• Demonstrated organizational skills to navigate constant customer contact and workflow distribution.

• Ability to learn and retain new processes and contact center guidelines.

Transparency & Work Model

• Compensation: $22/hour.

• Work Schedule:  Training Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm ET Post Training Work schedule Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM EST.

• Work Model: 100% Remote. You must provide your own must provide their own computer and internet. (MacBooks are not compatible)  Computer must run Windows 11 with approximately Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 equivalent or better and minimum 16 GB RAM. Internet: 300 Mbps plan recommended; minimum 100 Mbps download.
