Rapid Flow Fulfillment is a third-party logistics provider based in East Rutherford, New Jersey. We provide e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing, and freight services for brands shipping into the US market, including international brands establishing their first US operations.

We are a small, growing operation. Our team members are not anonymous headcount in a large facility, each person's work has a direct and visible impact on whether our clients' orders ship accurately and on time.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Prep Associate is responsible for preparing, processing, and shipping client inventory to meet daily fulfillment targets. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role central to our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare inventory for outbound shipment, including labeling, poly-bagging, bundling, and boxing
• Receive and verify inbound freight against purchase orders
• Pick and pack customer orders with a high standard of accuracy
• Stage pallets, break down cases, and maintain organized product placement
• Perform inventory counts and putaway
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with warehouse safety standards

We believe candidates should have a clear picture of the role before applying.

This position involves sustained physical labor. You will be on your feet for the duration of your shift, lifting, bending, and moving product. Much of the work is repetitive by nature; on many days you will process the same item hundreds of times. It is demanding, and we would rather say so directly than have new hires discover it in their first week.

That said, we believe this is a good environment to work in. Expectations are communicated clearly and our team is trusted to meet them without constant supervision. We hold a professional, respectful standard on the floor: employees who perform reliably are treated accordingly.

Qualifications

Required:

• Consistent and dependable attendance and punctuality this is our highest priority
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and remain on your feet for a full shift
• Ability to maintain accuracy while performing repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail; labeling and packing errors directly affect our clients
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Professional, cooperative approach to working as part of a small team

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, prep center, or 3PL environment
• Familiarity with handheld scanners, WMS software, or shipping platforms
• Pallet jack experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

No degree is required. Full training on our processes and systems is provided.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday , 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
