In this role you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting supporting our Escrow team in a variety of ways including customer support and administrative duties. This position plays a key role in making the dream of home ownership a reality. This role is accepting applicants who are local to Sarasota, FL or Tampa, FL.What You'll Do:Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, handling the complete disbursement and follow-upCommunicate regularly with customers during the escrow processInterpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closingsWorking with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions and communicate with our customers to provide a phenomenal customer experienceGreet and direct visitors in officeOperate multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnelMonitor visitor access and issues passes when required, may update appointment calendarsWhat You'll Bring:High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of escrow-related experience preferredPassionate about helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitudeExcellent verbal and written communication with both our internal team and external customersProblem solver who has strong organizational skills, is detail oriented, and has a natural curiosity with an eagerness to learnThrives in contributing to a team where we come together to deliver beyond customer expectationsKnowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologiesPay Range: $18.46 - $24.63 Hourly
