Night Manager

Overview Night Manager – $33.00 per hour. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 3 Weeks Paid Time Off, and 401(k) 100% match up to 6%. Responsibilities Perform duties and responsibilities of the General Manager in their absence or upon their discretion. Illustrate competent knowledge of various Point Of Sale and transactional devices. Reconcile multiple shift reports. Resolve customer issues in a friendly and professional manner. Assign and inspect items on the shift duty list. Communicate professionally with the Store General Manager and employees. Understand and apply federal, state, and local laws as they apply to retail sales and general employment matters. Assure safety rules and regulations are implemented and followed. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Interact professionally with other team members. Perform other duties as required and/or assigned. Maintain regular and prompt attendance. Work on the store’s busiest days and on a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night. Qualifications Prolonged walking or standing for 8–12 continuous hours. Frequent bending, stooping, climbing, crouching, reaching, balancing, pushing, pulling (e.g., ice cart with 50 or more 20 lb. bags of ice, lifting product or material weighing 40 lbs. or more). Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment. Perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
