Location: Jackson, MI 
Compensation: Starting hourly wage $31.28
Schedule: Nights, Full time, 43-60 hours per week (will have Tuesday and Saturday off); Depending on season, start time is between 6-9pm.

Position Summary: 
The CDL Transport Driver role at Aunt Millie's you will be responsible for transporting product to and from various points within our network.    

 
Essential Job Functions: 

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with internal customers and departments along with our outside customers to foster customer loyalty. 

• Transport products to established retail accounts and internal locations, ensuring timely and accurate distribution. 

• Assist with loading and unloading of product and equipment following proper handling protocols 

• Ensure cargo is secure within the trailer for transport 

• Utilize an iPad to complete daily equipment inspections, hours of service and internal communication. 

• Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and company policies. 

• Adhere to safe work procedures to ensure personal and public safety. 

 

Minimum Position Qualifications/Education: 

• Have an excellent driving record (100,000 miles provable experience) 

• Have a valid CDL, Class A 

• Must be able to operate a manual transmission 

• Able to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination. 

• Meet the minimum age requirement of 21 as mandated by DOT regulations. 

• Successfully pass a drug screening. 

• Be willing to work nights, weekends & holidays (home every day) 

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and take pride in delivering quality work. 

• Committed to providing exceptional customer service with enthusiasm and dedication. 

Driving Record: candidates cannot have convictions in the past three years on their driving record for DUI/DWI or similar alcohol/drug related offense, careless/reckless driving, chemical test refusal, driving after suspension (unless not notified), fleeing/eluding a police officer, leaving the scene of an accident, passing a stopped school bus, speeding 15 miles+ above the speed limit, or three or more driving violations (not including seat belt violations).
