Medical Back Office Assistant (Bilingual) $18-20/HR Pain Solutions Medical Group Job Category Overview Description Bilingual Back Office Assistant for Multi‑Specialty Medical Office. Employee who has high energy and exceptional communication skills. Duties Include but not limited to: Answer, direct phone calls and schedule patients visits in English and Spanish. Typing and data entry. Microsoft Word and Excel. Ordering supplies/Restocking supplies when necessary. Cross Train to assist other departments when needed. Qualifications:
- A friendly team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
