In many ways, you’ll be the voice of our business! This role is all about providing exceptional support to our customer pack. Duties And Responsibilities You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, all aimed at providing the best customer experience possible. This includes but is not limited to: Assisting customers via phone, live chat, email, and SMS/Text. Taking orders, answering questions, and helping customers with their needs. Engaging with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions. Managing customer inquiries through platforms like Amazon, Stamped.io, and other third-party applications. Tracking returns, customer complaints, and other important customer metrics. Other Skills: Strong multitasking abilities. Physical Demands: This role involves sitting for long periods, using your hands, and communicating frequently. You might occasionally need to lift items up to 10 pounds, and less frequently, items up to 25 pounds.
