Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Duties

Take attendance daily, making sure that production lines are staffed.
Help ensure safety rules and procedures are being followed and explained
Communicate daily with Corporate office
Provide excellent Customer Service to Clients and employees.
Use Software tools such as MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

Skills

Strong organizational skills
Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to type accurately and efficiently
Proficiency in Spanish
Customer support skills are beneficial
Familiarity with file management systems
Knowledge of office management procedures
