Registered Nurse, Emergency Room (Night Shift)ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Emergency Room (Night Shift) in Mount Vernon, Washington.LocationMount Vernon, WAAssignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.Schedule/ShiftThis position offers a Night Shift from 1845 to 0715, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week.Job DescriptionThe Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room provides high-quality nursing care to patients in acute situations. The RN will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care within the emergency setting.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and assess patient needs in a fast-paced environment.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient care.Document patient assessments and interventions in compliance with hospital protocols.Provide support and education to patients and their families.Required ExperienceCurrent Washington State Registered Nurse License.Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an Emergency Room setting.Certifications/LicensureCurrent American Heart Association ACLS card.NIH Stroke Scale certification (NIHSS).Pediatrics Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification.Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification.About ARMStaffingFounded in 2011 and a member of the ARGroup, LLC, ARMStaffing connects dedicated nurses and allied health professionals with the facilities that need them most.
