Sales Operations Analyst

Azenta seeks a Sales Operations Analyst to support their life sciences sales teams in Burlington, MA. The role involves managing sales processes, creating data dashboards, and driving operational improvements to align sales strategy with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support Business Strategy Director and Regional Sales Directors in achieving organizational goals
- Create dashboards and reports to provide insights for strategic decision-making
- Develop KPIs and sales effectiveness metrics in collaboration with sales leadership
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales productivity and efficiency
- Partner with stakeholders to plan and deliver technology enhancements and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 3+ years of sales operations experience with sales force effectiveness focus
- Advanced Excel skills including complex dashboards, pivot tables, and formulas
- Salesforce and Oracle Cloud proficiency
- Strong Microsoft Office suite skills
- Ability to develop operational processes and data visualization solutions
Compensation: $62,000–$78,000 base
