Commercial Project Manager

Position: Project Manager Location: Delhi LA. Salary Range: $120,000-$145,000 Summary of Job: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of project execution, including contract administration, budgeting, procurement, scheduling, subcontractor management, quality control, and jobsite safety. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational, financial, and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
