Requisition ID: 426605 Work Area: Administration Expected Travel: 0 - 20% Career Status: Professional Employment Type: Regular Full Time Career Level: T4PF-3 Original Posting Date: 05/19/2025 Location: Miami, FL Work Model: Hybrid Work Model Purpose and Objective SAP International, Inc. seeks a Project Expert - Sales at our Miami, FL location to participate, oversee, and execute strategic initiatives, transformational programs and projects for the Chief Operating Officer, as well pre-sales (SAP Solution Advisory) for the region. Expectations and Tasks Lead the day-to-day operations and rhythm of the business for the team and organization to ensure high-performance, quality and standards aligned to the regional priorities and strategy. Lead teams responsible for go-to-market, strategic engagements, organizational setups, implementation of global programs at the regional level and regional projects for the LAC CBO Organization. Design and develop regional strategic initiatives that impact customer and non-customer facing engagements, managing the portfolio of initiatives and special projects. Ensure goals and milestones are met, budgets are managed appropriately, and business critical results are achieved. Plan, execute, support and monitor customer engagements in the region with global and regional leadership. Build strategic partnerships with key decision makers and formulate clear plans including milestones, timeline and workstreams. Support Go-to-Market planning, organizational setups, design goal and performance frameworks, and develop analytics and insights. Liaise with Finance, Controlling, HR, Marketing, Business Operations and Sales leadership in the execution of initiatives and programs. Manage budget planning and execution, leveraging SAP's ERP and Ariba systems to ensure compliance. Education and Occupational Experience Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field of study and seven (7) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience must involve five (5) years in the following: SAP Analytics Cloud (data importing, modelling, visualization, system administration) SAP Digital Boardroom (design, management, administration) S/4HANA (Staffing List, Internal Order, Custom License/Subscription reporting) SAP CRM (Opportunity, Account, and Quote Management) Storytelling and Digital Assets Creation (Keynote, Presentation, Communications) Solution Mapping, Presentation, Demo, and Architecture Frameworks Value Management for IT Solution Selling Experience must also involve three (3) years in the following: SAP Integrated Business Planning for Compensation SAP Success Factors (Recruiting, Goal Setting, Compensation Planning) Go-to-Market Framework Design, Analysis, Planning, and Implementation Additional Information Travel: Up to 20% domestic or international travel. Compensation: Annual base salary range $181,251 - $278,035. Targeted combined range (base + variable) $192,300 - $327,100.
