We’re excited to reopen our brand-newly remodeled location at 483 E Round Grove Rd, Lewisville, TX—and we’re looking for Shift Leaders to help us show our community that Chick-fil-A is back and better than ever.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support team members during your shift to ensure outstanding service and quality
• Maintain a positive, encouraging atmosphere while holding the team accountable to standards
• Oversee daily operations including food safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
• Communicate clearly with managers and team members to keep the shift running smoothly

What you will need to have

• Reliable transportation with a current drivers license
• Be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability to work nights and Saturday
• At least one-year previous restaurant management or leadership experience

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Our lemon juice is hand mixed daily with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
