Work hours: 45 hours/week, Monday - Saturday: 8 hours/day (5 hours/day on Saturday), 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Job Duties:
In need of seasonal employees to assist with our corn, beans, sugar beets, and carrot production season. Employees will be required to assist with all assigned duties related to these crops.
Duties include attaching farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors using bolts and hand tools; operating tractors, planters, sprayers, seed drills, manure spreaders, combines, irrigation equipment, and other farm machinery; engaging in planting, weeding, spraying, cultivating, and harvesting activities; applying fertilizer or pesticide solutions to control insects, fungus, weeds, and diseases using hand sprayers or other application equipment; installing, maintaining, and repairing pivot irrigation systems; manipulating controls to set, activate, and adjust equipment mechanisms; observing and listening to machinery during operation to detect malfunctions; driving farm semi-trucks to haul crops, supplies, and tools; inspecting, adjusting, and completing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment; completing maintenance and repairs on irrigation systems; recording agricultural data as required; and performing general farm maintenance as needed.
Minimum Education Required
None. No High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum Experience Required
Minimum of 3 months experience required.
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Employee must possess a valid regular driver's license.
Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug-free workplace policy. Failure of a drug test will result in termination.
Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony or theft-related criminal background, as required by workplace safety policies and company hiring practices, as allowed by law.

Additional Compensation
The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay.

Job Benefits
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts (Updated 04/07/2026). Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
Effective Jan 1, 2024, per MN State Statute, an employee will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) per year, provided the employee works a minimum of 80 hours in a calendar year.
