Role Description We are seeking a full-time Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team in Humble, TX . In this role, you will manage clinical trials and research studies, ensuring regulatory compliance, ethical conduct, and high-quality data collection. You will serve as the primary liaison between study participants, medical staff, and sponsors, playing a vital role in advancing cardiovascular research. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee clinical trials in compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements Obtain informed consent and ensure participant safety and ethical standards Manage study visits, procedures, and follow-ups with healthcare staff Collect, document, and report clinical data with accuracy and timeliness Maintain regulatory documents, patient files, and electronic databases Support study reports, regulatory submissions, and quality initiatives Collaborate with physicians and research staff to optimize patient recruitment and retention Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s or clinical research certification (ACRP, SOCRA) preferred Previous experience coordinating clinical trials (cardiology or vascular research experience highly desirable) Knowledge of informed consent, GCP, and regulatory compliance Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple studies and work collaboratively in a clinical setting What We Offer Opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking cardiovascular research Professional growth and continuing education support Collaborative and supportive work environment Competitive salary and benefits package #J-18808-Ljbffr Vital Heart & Vein
