Responsibilities include: Provide compassionate and professional nursing care to residents Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and your scope of practice Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the appropriate clinical team members Take and monitor vital signs as needed Maintain accurate and thorough nursing documentation Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support quality resident care Help ensure residents’ comfort, safety, dignity, and well-being Promote a positive, resident-centered environment Who We're Looking For Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing Graduate of an accredited nursing program Compassionate and passionate about providing high-quality resident care Dependable, reliable, and team-oriented Strong communication and organizational skills Experience in long-term care is a plus, but not required More Than Just a Job At Sunrise Skilled Nursing and Rehab , we believe in supporting our employees and helping them grow.
