Restaurant Team Member As a Restaurant Team Member at Panera Bread, you will be the heart of hospitality, bringing warmth, care, and joy to every interaction. Responsibilities Serve as an ambassador for bringing Panera Warmth to each guest interaction. Execute duties in specific areas within the bakery‑cafe (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.). Greet each guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches accurately and efficiently. Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following food safety standards and cleaning protocols. Adapt to daily priorities and changes with a positive attitude. Excellent communication and ability to understand directions in a loud environment. Strong interpersonal skills and passion for creating moments of comfort and joy. Thrives in fast‑paced environments and can multitask easily. Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Completion of basic food safety training (Food Handler’s Card, as required by law). Food service experience preferred, but not required.
