Nurse Practitioner - Women's Health, Physician Assistant - Women's Health - WA Location: 751 NE Blakely Dr #4020, Issaquah, WA 98029 Job Type: Full Time Dates Needed: ASAP – December 2026 Schedule: Outpatient clinic only, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch). 4/10 schedule also acceptable. Minimum full‑time coverage: 4 weeks per month, 40 hours per week. Overtime applies after 40 hours per week. Responsibilities: Conduct first visits for new OB patients, including Dating & Viability ultrasound. Perform 16‑ and 28‑week OB appointments and other OB visits as needed. Provide birth‑control visits: IUD insertions/removals, Nexplanons (optional), endometrial biopsies. Address general gynecological complaints. Complete annual women’s health exams and mental‑health screenings. Qualifications & Credentials: Licensed NP or PA with active license or IMLC status. Board‑Certified (BC) in obstetric care, IUD placement/removal, and endometrial biopsy. DEA registration not required. Current CV required (upload to bid). Benefits & Support: Weekly direct deposits.
