A growing manufacturing company is seeking dependable Production Associates to join its team. This position plays an important role in supporting the production process, including assisting with coating applications, machine operation, quality inspections, shipping preparation, and maintaining a clean work environment. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player who can thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting while maintaining attention to quality and safety.

• Assist with the application of chemical coatings to HVAC components
• Support machine operation and production activities as needed
• Assist with preparing finished products for shipment
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow established production, quality, and safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members while completing assigned tasks efficiently

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Experience performing quality inspections or visual compliance checks is a plus
• Experience operating production machinery is helpful but not required

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and complete multi-step processes accurately
• Ability to read an analog clock
• Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment
• Ability to adapt to changing production demands and priorities
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to bend, twist, squat, and lift up to 35 pounds regularly
• Upper body strength to pull products at shoulder height
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Reliable attendance and professional accountability

Location: Bloomington, IN

Position Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Pay: $15.00/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
