Description Maintenance Technician Sunflower Beach Resort is seeking a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Port Aransas, Texas. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the upkeep and smooth operation of our beautiful resort, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests and homeowners. Key Responsibilities Maintain and repair the resort’s common areas, amenities, pools, grounds, and facilities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic appeal Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address issues proactively Assist with landscaping, cleaning, and general upkeep of outdoor spaces Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently Ensure all work complies with safety standards and resort policies Collaborate with team members to support overall resort operations and guest satisfaction Requirements Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Dependable, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred Clean Background #J-18808-Ljbffr
