Responsibilities Efficiently manage mobile rehabilitation services in the assigned market and support integration across all settings. Ensure highest standard of rehabilitation services and maintain compliance. Assume responsibility for profitable management of services in assigned sites. Drive market relations and program growth. Provide direct patient care and monitor standard of clinical services across the market. Manage Powerback Rehabilitation personnel and consultants within facility or home environments. Ensure evidence‑based care adherence and staff accountability. Review monthly market and individual therapist outcomes, support staff improvement strategies. Assist therapy staff in removing barriers to treatment and provide clinical education. Develop and support all staff through rounding, coaching, and mentoring. Conduct annual merit evaluations of therapy staff. Assist in hiring therapy staff in collaboration with the Clinical Operations Area Director. Coordinate daily staffing and utilization with treating therapists and clinical requirements. Administer financial controls of revenue and expenses. Provide weekly and monthly facility reports. Assist with annual budget preparation and meet budget goals set by the Clinical Operations Area Director. Oversee clinical orientation and ensure quality orientation for new rehab staff. Promote Powerback Rehabilitation products and services whenever possible. Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and staff as a representative of Powerback Rehabilitation. Oversee clinical management of the rehab department, including case management, quality improvement, care planning, utilization, and patient identification. Complete monthly reports and review them with facility administration. Perform other related duties as required. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or Master's degree in a Physical Therapy–related field plus a bachelor's in Physical Therapy, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. U.S. equivalent evaluation for degrees earned outside the U.S. Minimum of three years of direct patient care experience and one year of management experience. Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third‑party billing required. Posted Salary Range USD $70,000.00 – USD $110,000.00 per year. Bonus
