Responsibilities Title: Occupational Therapist Location/work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab As an Occupational Therapist, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy. You design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence. You’re adaptable to patient needs, collaborative with peers, and may refer patients for additional care. You train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE. Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license in the state of practice.
