You'll care for patients across our East Point and West Marietta care centers , working alongside experienced providers, Whole Health Coaches, and an interdisciplinary team committed to improving outcomes and transforming primary care.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families
• Partner with Whole Health Coaches and care team members to develop personalized care plans
• Use evidence-based medicine and population health strategies to improve outcomes
• Empower patients through education, wellness coaching, and shared decision-making

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related primary care specialty
• Active Georgia medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Passion for relationship-based, patient-centered care
