Senior Water Project Manager

Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a Senior Water Project Manager in Northern California. As part of our design and process teams, you will be working on all phases of water projects from concept development, project planning, applied research, study, advising through detailed design, construction, and operations. Key Responsibilities Your role will include project management, design, planning, operational support, and business development with a focus on water reuse and drinking water projects Supporting and developing proposal development. Helping to identify, hire, supervise and mentor junior drinking water staff. Direct coordination and collaboration with clients. Coordination with internal technical specialists in all practice areas and discipline design professionals for project delivery. Managing projects to meet client expectations, budgets, and quality requirements. Following internal Hazen processes to ensure quality delivery of engineering projects for clients. Technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating assignments on small/medium/large projects. Performing planning, studies, design, and support of projects through design, construction, and operation.
