Full-time | $22.50 - 25.00 hourly | Local Ownership
Progressive Mechanical Services is a locally owned HVAC/R company established in 2017, and we are looking for an Administrative Coordinator who enjoys supporting leadership, improving day-to-day processes, and helping a growing company run smoothly.
In this onsite, internal role, you'll support our office operations by assisting the business owner and bookkeeper with daily administrative and clerical tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, multitasking, and being a key part of a small, close-knit team.
Pay Range: $22.50 - 25.00 hourly

Position : Office / Administrative Coordinator
Schedule : Monday through Friday, 7:00 - 4:30pm
Your Role as an Administrative Assistant
- Provide administrative and clerical support our office operations
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized digital and paper records
- Support scheduling, work order processing, and internal documentation
- Help prepare invoices, reports, and basic accounting-related paperwork
- Ensure accuracy and organization across office systems and processes
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling company information
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role
- Experience in the construction, HVAC, or service-based industries is highly preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general office software
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and digital tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual and dependable
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with invoicing, work orders, or basic bookkeeping support
