Therapists are responsible for setting clear expectations for patients’ clinical progress, executing treatments as promised, and providing items or documents such as Home Exercise Programs. Therapists are expected to execute a high standard of clinical excellence while maintaining 5‑star customer service, because a passion for your craft is turned into real impacts when you deliver on your promises.
