Finance and Accounting Associate
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support daily financial operations for U.S.-based cannabis clients, the full-time remote Finance and Accounting Associate will manage accounting tasks such as reconciliations, invoicing, and month-end close activities while gaining exposure to financial operations in a collaborative startup environment. Key Responsibilities: Support daily accounting operations, including reconciliations, invoicing, and journal entries Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, aging reports, and month-end close activities Deliver accurate work on time while maintaining low error rates and building client trust through reliable support Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Economics Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance-related role Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
