Job Overview

Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week Med Surg/Telemetry assignment on the night shift. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients, coordinate interdisciplinary care, and support patient and family education in a collaborative acute care environment. Candidates must be flexible, willing to float within their scope of practice, and able to serve as a backup Charge Nurse when needed.

Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical and Rehabilitation nursing experience .
• Previous travel nursing experience (minimum 3 months).
• Charge Nurse experience is required (non-negotiable).
• Active Vermont RN License or Compact RN License .
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• Current AHA ACLS certification.
• Must have reliable personal transportation.
• Permanent home address must be included in the candidate profile.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience in community hospital or critical access settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and patient care coordination skills.
