Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating a wide variety of construction projects. Oversees planning, scheduling, and implementation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. What You'll Build (Responsibilities) Customer Relations: Meet with clients to define project deliverables, cost estimates, and major milestones; develop the relationship between TCC and client. Contract specifications between all parties. Project and Resource Management: Support estimator on bid walks, review preconstruction requirements with superintendent(s), perform project buyout, create and maintain schedules, manage submittal process, initiate RFIs. Documentation: Ensure all required project documentation is completed and maintained (daily reports, accident reports, submittals, as‑built drawings, etc.). Safety: Manage company safety program, enforce health and safety regulations, obtain permits and licenses. Personnel: Supervise and develop personnel, delegate responsibilities, approve timesheets, monitor overtime and payroll. Cost Control: Track and control construction costs, update cost projections, monitor budget exposure, initiate and approve change orders and invoices. Client Communication: Submit project invoices, follow up for timely payments, report delays to senior management. Skills You'll Nail (Qualifications) Understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, construction methods, and regulations. Knowledge of software for job costing, collaboration, scheduling, and estimating. Decisiveness and ability to work under pressure with unexpected delays. Coordination of multiple major activities, problem analysis, and solution. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with clients, managers, designers, superintendents, and crew. Willingness to travel extensively when sites are far from the main office.
