Technical Service Owner

Job Description Technical Service Owner responsible for coordinating across customer stakeholders, guiding project team, and providing hands‑on expertise for coding and debugging tasks. Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Net Core, AS400 / API, REST API, Salesforce REST API and platform event integration, OAuth 2.0 / JWT authentication and API key management / RBAC, OpenAPI / Swagger contract documentation, JSON, XML, IBM MQ, API Gateway, ETL and data transformation from DB2 for i to JSON. Roles & Responsibilities Own end‑to‑end engineering design and implementation for the service Lead and manage the delivery team, including day‑to‑day coordination and execution Drive Scrum ceremonies and ensure strong delivery discipline Partner closely with Product, Architecture, and Engineering stakeholders Act as a combination of Technical Project Manager and Product Owner, carrying out responsibilities, and also code and troubleshoot as required Core API & Architecture Skills AS400 / API skills .Net Core, REST API design — endpoints, versioning, status codes Salesforce REST API and platform event integration OAuth 2.0 / JWT authentication and API key management / RBAC OpenAPI / Swagger contract documentation JSON and XML payload handling and schema mapping Service‑oriented / microservices communication IBM MQ message bridging between AS400 and modern services AS400 REST exposure via IBM Integrated Web Services (IWS) Insurance carrier API integrations (quote, bind, rate) API Gateway concepts — rate limiting, throttling, routing ETL and data transformation from DB2 for i to JSON Testing & Quality Functional API test design and execution Consumer‑driven contract testing API performance and load testing API mocking and stubbing for AS400 simulation Generic Managerial Skills Manage customer stakeholders and guide teams for quality and timely delivery. Hands‑on technical expertise is required, with relevant Project and Product Management experience.
