Position: Registered Nurse - Endoscopy (Contract)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Location: Austin, TX
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with Endoscopy experience for a 13-week contract position. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The position requires call coverage 1-2 days per week, but no weekend shifts or call on weekends.
Unit Information
Number of Beds: 2 procedure rooms
Staffing:
- Day Shift: 2 RNs and 3 Techs
- Night Shift: 1 RN
Patient Ratios: 1:1
Equipment & Technology
The unit is equipped with GI equipment and scopes, utilizing Meditech as the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Qualifications
Must Have:
- Endoscopy experience
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in EGD, Colonoscopy, GI Bleeds, and ERCP procedures

Dress Code
Scrubs are provided by the facility in an appropriate color (Ceil Blue) with Navy being the hospital standard.
