Clinic Registered Nurse - Patient Care & Coordination

OSF HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide expert patient care across the continuum. The role collaborates with providers and a multidisciplinary care team to coordinate care and support patients and families. Strong clinical judgment and professional demeanor are essential. Licensure in IL or MI is required, with BLS certification. BSN is preferred, and at least 6 months of RN experience in healthcare is desired.
