Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative Shreveport, LA South Shreveport Animal Hospital is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment. Schedule and compensation: Compensation: $13.50-14 per hour, for each hour worked This is a Flexible part-time schedule: Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays (1:00–6:30 PM) plus alternating Saturdays (7:30 AM–12:00 PM). Ability to manage multi-line phones while providing exceptional client service Experience with veterinary practice management software (especially Cornerstone ) preferred Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Experience scheduling appointments, coordinating calendars, and processing payments Compassionate, professional, and solution-oriented in both routine and emotional situations Positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment About Us South Shreveport Animal Hospital has been providing exceptional care to the Shreveport, Bossier City, Benton, Keithville, and surrounding communities for nearly four decades.
