Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as an Occupational Therapist this fall. This full-time, six-week leave coverage role will begin in mid-October and offers you the chance to work with a diverse caseload of approximately 80 students across 2-3 school sites near Deputy, IN. Deliver essential OT services and help students achieve greater independence, functional skills, and academic success in a collaborative school environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Occupational Therapist license in Indiana or eligibility to obtain
• School-based OT experience preferred, particularly with K-12 populations
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a multi-site caseload
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, and create treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress
• Consult with classroom teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate OT strategies into daily routines
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports consistent with school and state requirements
• Travel between 2-3 sites as needed to support students effectively
