Our franchise spans multiple territories for kitchen remodeling. We perform kitchen remodeling services in multiple cities, including but not limited to Orange, Villa Park, Irvine, Tustin, Anaheim, Santa Ana, and Newport Beach. This is not a cold-calling sales job. Leads will be screened and qualified. In this role you get to be an integral part of making our clients' dreams come true as we remodel their kitchens. Unlimited income potential is available for motivated individuals. This is a fully commission-based position with no sales cap.

Work hours are flexible and will require attending sales appointments on Saturdays. Job duties include conducting the kitchen tune-up sales process (training is provided), conducting scheduled "virtual/in-home" consultations, making presentations to homeowners, being confident to ask for the order, persistent in sales follow-up, strong desire to win and succeed, cooperatively marketing your skills as an industry professional, ability to take basic measurements and draw neat diagrams, computer and smartphone proficiency, creating outside leads and sales other than those generated by the office, qualifying each prospect's wants and needs into a plan of sales actions, gathering information on all job-related products in order to provide a presentation to the customer, assembling a quote and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale, revising quotes or drawings as customers' wants and needs are assessed, collecting payments from customers, communicating necessary information to home office design services to enable them to complete the order, completing and placing the orders, meeting the installer at the job prior to installation to inspect and cover all necessary details, and continuing customer contact during the job and monitoring all related activities.

Job requirements include being able to work days, some evenings and weekend appointments, strong negotiating skills, highly motivated, dependable, with a strong work ethic, optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional demeanor suitable to working in clients homes, and must have reliable transportation.

Kitchen Tune-Up Orange, CA is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that franchise.
