What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care for women and infants across various units, including labor, delivery, postpartum, and special care settings
• Float between multiple units as needed, ensuring seamless patient care transitions
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs, and respond to emergencies promptly
• Educate patients and families on postpartum procedures and infant care
• Follow hospital policies and safety protocols to ensure optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license and all required certifications (ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate)
• Experience in Labor & Delivery or Maternal/Infant Units preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and compassionate patient care
