Overview Oliver Wyman’s Private Equity team in North America is hiring Engagement Managers to support rapid growth. The team works with private equity investors throughout the deal transaction lifecycle: opportunity identification, due diligence, and post‑transaction value realization. Each engagement draws on a multi‑specialist approach, bringing together deep industry and functional expertise supported by proprietary tools and a world‑class network. Responsibilities Lead and execute due diligence and post‑transaction engagements for private equity funds and portfolio companies. Provide industry‑specific knowledge and analytical insights that amplify impact for clients. Develop data‑driven, insightful findings and communicate them clearly to stakeholders. Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams; collaborate across functional experts. Oversee project execution, manage deliverables, and ensure high‑quality results. Qualifications Professional experience with commercial due diligence in management consulting or a similar firm. Experience working in industrials within private equity or deep industry knowledge. Strong background in strategic problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in English. Undergraduate or advanced degree from a strong academic program. Proactive and willing to learn new skills; creative and able to propose novel ideas. Ability to work fluidly and respectfully with a talented team. Practice Locations Boston, Washington, DC, New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Toronto Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $225,000–$240,000. The base pay may vary by experience, skills, location, and other factors. Performance‑based incentives may be available.
