What You'll Be Doing We’re looking for a compassionate, thoughtful Associate Veterinarian who enjoys practicing good medicine without unnecessary chaos. Your day-to-day will include wellness visits, surgery (spays, neuters, dentals, mass removals), fully triaged urgent care (not “everything is urgent” urgent care), and collaborating with a team that genuinely likes working together. You’ll also have a Goodwill Fund—because sometimes helping the client is the right medicine. And since we’re a new hospital, you’ll have a voice in how things are done (yes, your ideas actually matter here). Compensation (The Important Part) $140,000–$170,000 base salary Production bonus (18–22%) After-hours compensation Relocation support if needed Paid bi-weekly Work-life balance (not just a buzzword) 3–4 days per week, flexible scheduling, minimal or no weekends—your call, and 20–30 minute appointments.
