The Handyman will provide comprehensive repair and maintenance services primarily for commercial properties. Working within a small team, the role involves utilizing standard hand and power tools to address various technical and structural issues. Regular local travel between job sites is expected to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks on commercial properties
- Conduct electrical work and troubleshoot issues effectively
- Collaborate with a small team to complete assignments efficiently
- Interact professionally with customers to understand and resolve their needs
- Use standard hand and power tools to carry out tasks safely and accurately
- Travel locally between job sites as required
