Outside Sales Representative

Are you a driven B2B salesperson who enjoys winning new business, building relationships, and seeing a direct connection between your performance and your paycheck?

Platinum Pest Solutions is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base. You'll have the opportunity to build your own pipeline, develop customized solutions for prospective clients, and earn uncapped commission on top of a $50,000 base salary.

As one of our Outside Sales Representatives, you'll own the new-business sales process from prospecting through close.

• Build your pipeline: Generate new opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and field visits.
• Meet with prospective customers: Visit commercial and industrial properties to understand their pest-control challenges and service needs.
• Create solutions: Develop customized service recommendations and proposals based on each customer's operation.
• Win new business: Present solutions to facility managers, operations leaders, and other decision-makers, negotiate agreements, and close deals.
• Grow relationships: Build trust with customers and develop relationships that create long-term value.
• Partner with our team: Work closely with service and operations to provide a smooth transition from signed agreement to successful implementation.
• Know your market: Stay current on competitors, industry developments, and applicable commercial pest-control requirements.
• Manage your pipeline: Maintain organized and accurate sales activity, customer interactions, opportunities, and forecasts in Pipedrive.

We're looking for someone who knows how to create opportunities, not simply wait for leads to arrive.

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience with demonstrated success developing and closing new business
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong prospecting, networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Confident communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to manage your territory independently
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and responsible driving history
• Ability to obtain the required state-specific pesticide license within 90 days of employment

Even better if you have:

• Experience in pest control, facility services, commercial services, or a related industry
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience selling to facility managers, operations teams, or other commercial decision-makers

Base Salary: $50,000 annually

Commission: Uncapped earning potential

This is a hybrid, field-based sales position . You'll spend much of your time developing opportunities and meeting customers and prospects throughout the region.

Team members must be able to work from our Franklin, Wisconsin office at least one day per week . Because this is an outside sales role, significant regional driving is required .
