Here, you will make an impact by:Operating powered industrial vehicles such as fork trucksMoving material using pallet jacksReceiving incoming goodsShipping outgoing productTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications.Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this 3M Production role, in compliance with U.S. labor and safety laws.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institutionMinimum three (3) months of previous experience in a manufacturing environment in a private, public government or military environmentAbility to pass company provided Forklift Training and retain issued forklift license.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Minimum one (1) year of plant and/or manufacturing experience in a public, private, government, or military environmentPowered Industrial Vehicle licenseApplicants who meet the basic qualifications above will be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process.Please note that applicants must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with 3M.Responsibilities of this position may include direct and/or indirect physical or logical access to information, systems, technologies subjected to the regulations/compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws.Pay Transparency:The starting rate of pay for this position is $25.13. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
