Archer GRC Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Archer GRC Developer to join their dynamic team. As an Archer GRC Developer, you will be an integral part of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance department, supporting various teams involved in enterprise risk, compliance, and governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

• Design, configure, and enhance Archer applications, including custom objects, data-driven events, advanced workflow, and access control.
• Develop and maintain complex Archer use cases such as custom ODAs, risk management, compliance management, vendor management, audit management, and regulatory frameworks.
• Write and optimize Archer calculations, DDEs, data feeds, and integrations to support business processes.
• Manage and maintain Archer on MS Windows version 2022 and above in a multi-server environment.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, InfoSec, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Archer solutions.

What's Needed?

• Direct experience with RSA Archer GRC platform development.
• Expert-level knowledge of Archer 6.x+, including application builder, advanced workflow, DDEs and calculations, data feeds & Job Engine, and Archer APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Experience working with InfoSec, risk management, and compliance teams.
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
