You will join a place where collaboration, excellence, and meaningful impact guide how we build what comes next.ResponsibilitiesOwn the performance of Exotec systems at client sitesOversee the reliability of client sites, analyzing performance, and creating and executing performance improvement plansAnalyze the root cause of issues escalated from Exotec Control CenterAct as level 2 escalation for non-core products (3rd party conveyors, etc.) Work directly with clients to diagnose and resolve interoperability issues Plan and execute site software and system updatesIn conjunction with the sites managers, coach on-site technicians on site best practices to support uptime targetsPropose and help drive maintenance procedures and process improvements across North America and globally.Actively engage with Exotec R&D and product teams on specific maintenance issuesAs part of the client team, work with the client contract engineer and sites manager to respond to client requests, including monthly performance reportingRequirementsWe strongly encourage applications from candidates of all genders to help us build a truly inclusive environment.
