Plan workloads daily by staffing, equipment, and targets; adjust priorities and coordinate flow. Lead and motivate teams; run shift meetings; monitor performance, attendance, and handovers. Control processes to SOPs; audit lines, contain issues, and maintain visual and line documentation. Provide technical support for setup, troubleshooting, maintenance needs, and equipment validation. Ensure product quality; address defects, lead RCA, stop production if needed, and support audits. Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials, components, and packaging. Train and certify employees; cross‑train, coach skills, and maintain training records. Enforce safety, PPE, 5S, and plant policies; address hazards and support emergency response. Track and report KPIs; drive Kaizen/Lean, cost reduction, compliance, and continuous improvement. Annual salary range: 68,000-80,000 USD 3–5 years automotive industry experience Product and production‑line quality knowledge in 7 Quality Basics as well as standardized work JIS production, multivalence processes, and area structuring experience Maintenance and internal logistics, inventory, and stock control knowledge Team management with 5S and visual management expertise Proficient in Microsoft Office applications #J-18808-Ljbffr Motherson Group
