Flow-Wrapper Packaging OperatorLocation: Phoenix, AZPay: $20–$22/hourJob Type: Full-Time (35–40 hours/week)Weekends requiredShift: Monday - Friday, occasional weekends as neededMust be flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays on occasionPosition Overview:We're looking for a Flow-Wrapper Packaging Operator with hands-on experience operating Ilapak horizontal flow-wrapper packaging machines (or similar models). In this role, you'll keep production lines moving and ensure our baked goods are packaged consistently, efficiently, and shelf-ready. If you're mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and experienced in food packaging, this is a great opportunity to join our growing team.Duties & Responsibilities:Operate and monitor horizontal flow-wrapper packaging machine(s)Set up machine for different product runs, including film roll changes and adjustmentsPackage finished baked goods accurately, maintaining speed and quality standardsInspect product appearance to ensure packaging meets quality requirementsPerform daily cleaning, sanitation, and basic preventative maintenanceAssist with machine disassembly/reassembly for deep cleaning and troubleshootingIdentify and report equipment issues promptly to supervisors/maintenanceFollow all Food Safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelinesSupport production team with additional tasks as neededFlexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
