At Fury Motors South St. Paul, we're looking for an Express Service Advisor who's passionate about people, vehicles, and building long-term customer relationships. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our service guests ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience from drop-off to delivery.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming service experience
- Listen actively to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms
- Recommend maintenance and repairs based on mileage, history, and manufacturer guidelines
- Prepare complete and accurate repair orders and cost estimates for labor and parts
- Communicate updates and follow-up timelines throughout the service process
- Coordinate vehicle flow with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficiency
- Verify completed work aligns with customer authorizations and final invoices
- Review all work performed and charges with customers clearly and confidently
- Build trust through honesty, reliability, and consistent follow-through
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Express Advisor, or Assistant Lane Manager preferred
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- High energy, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
- Integrity, teamwork, and a desire for career growth within the Fury family
